Live Entertainment is absolutely essential for a successful non-profit or fundraising event. We love to work with clients holding fundraisers, galas, or public events designed to boost awareness around their mission.

Whether its elegant music for a seated dinner, a surprise accapella serenade at work, or a re-creation of your first dance we love to perform for anniversaries and engagements.
Birthday Parties
Families come together to celebrate a big birthday, and we believe our music and entertainment brings them a little closer.
Holiday Parties

The Holidays are a great time to be a musician! Its a joy to launch into any of the favorites and watch people light up as they recognize the tune. Nearly all of our bands have an extensive repertoire of holiday music.

How It Works
1. Consultation
We begin by learning about the details of your event. Some people know right away what kind of group they’re interested in booking, but we are also glad to offer complimentary consultation. The venue, number of guests, and your vision of the ideal music and mood are all helpful factors to determine the best band for your event.
2. Quote & Contract
Based on our conversation we will generate a quote for your event. Oftentimes we will offer two or three different options based on different ensembles or performance times.
We always provide our clients with a contract. The contract makes sure that everything is crystal clear regarding the performers, fee, and event details. We accept checks and credit cards for the deposit required to complete the booking.
3. Final Preparations
It is essential to stay in close contact with the event coordinator in the days or weeks leading up the event. Throughout this time we review any event itineraries as well as offering unlimited email and phone correspondence to sort through any final details.
